PS3 Slim...

The PS3 Slim has been announced.... It will feature a 120GB hard drive and the Blu Ray player. The Slim is 33% smaller and 33% lighter. So if you are a fan of picking up your expensive gaming systems on occasion this is definitely for you. Other than that it is the same as the "old" PS3. The name says it all. The biggest thing is that the slim will only run you $300. Hopefully now Xbox fanboys will stop ranting on how the PS3 is $100 more than the Xbox 360.

Resistance 3 Confirmed

Insomiac has confirmed Resistance 3. Insomiac is known for making the Ratchet and Clank series, Resistance: Fall of Man, and Resistance 2. I am not really excited for this because I'm not a big fan of Resistance. However, Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack In Time looks amazing.

Why the PS3 Should Not Get A Price Cut

I am tired of hearing people, Xbox fanboys, comp[lain about the PS3 because it is $100 more than the Xbox 360. Well, let me run down what your getting with the extra $100. First and foremost you are not getting a 54% failure rate for your new console. You also are getting a Blu Ray player. Blu Ray players usually run over $100 anyway so isn't that a plus? The Playstation Network is also free to use and play online. The PS3 also has wireless capabilities without using a stupid attachment for more money, just like the Xbox 360. I am not saying I don't like the Xbox, but i prefer the PS3. High Definition gaming is amazing and a plus in my book. The PS3 also has better exclusive titles such as Killzone 2, God of War 3, Uncharted 2, Resistance 2, Heavy Rain, and a lot more. So I really think paying an extra $100 for a PS3 is not so bad. It is worth the money, which is why the PS3 doesn't need a price cut.

Xbox 360 Has a Failure Rate over 50%

Surprise! Not really. The Xbox 360 has a failure rate of 54%. I actually believe that considering me and a ton of my friends have suffered from poor hardware and over heating.

Why Everyone Should Own: Where The Wild Things Are

Let me start off by saying that Where the Wild Things Are is my favorite book of all time. I love this book. With the new amazing movie set to release on October 16 of 2009, i though i would discuss the book. The bopok starts off with a boy named Max who is sent to his room without dinner for chasing the dog around in a wolf costume with a fork and growling at his mother. While in his room he imagines a magical forest. He is then transported to the mysterious land of the Wild Things. The Wild Things a re a group of mythical creatures. Max is not phased at all by their monstrous appearabce. He conquers their fear tactics by staring them into their yellow eyes without blinking at all. He is then crowned King of All the Wild Things. He then starts to feel homesick and wishes to go home. He makes a journey home to find his supper warm, fresh, and on the table. This book is great for all ages and deserves to be in any library. The theme of the book does not just appeal to children. Where the Wild Things Are is a must read at least. However it should be owned. This book never ceases to lose its appeal or my interest, which is why it receives a...

Latest PS3 Greatest Hits

The latest additions to the PS3 Greatest Hits library are Uncharted Drakes Fortune and Socom: Confrontation. Aside from Socom's buggy online gameplay and terrible controls, Uncharted will defiitely be worth your $30. However, you might want to rethink Socom.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Coming To Wii November

Well Wii owners will get in on the Modern Warfare action. Unfortunately no Modern Warfare 2 for you yet. Hopefully it will be a full version of the game. If it holds up like all the others did, this could actually be one of the best shooters for the Wii.

Champions Online Subscription Offer

Champions Online is an MMORPG for the PC and Xbox 360. Like all MMORPGs there is a subscription fee. Well Cryptic is offering a lifetime subscription fee. For $200 you get no monthly charges, unique armor, a beta key for Star Trek Online, a figurine, nine character slots, and added Star Trek Online armor. If you are interested you'd better hurry because this is only available for pre-order. Be prepared for Champions Online in September.

Modern Warfare 2 DS

Yes it's true,
Modern Warfare 2 is going to be released on the Nintendo Ds. Hopefully this new installment of Call of Duty on the DS will be better than Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and World at War. I don't think i need to explain why the last two titles I named were horrible if you played them on the DS.

With its November 10 release date, Modern Warfare 2 DS will feature six-player online multiplayer modes and a survival mode where players must stand against wave after wave of enemies. Also Arcade Mode will have a player running through the level with a time limit and score. Other features include hacking computers, driving tanks and UAV spy drones, and controlling an AC- 130 Gunship.

I really have high expectations for this game. When it is finally released i will definitely download onto my cyclo ds. After a review will follow.
